The Bright Shawl The Bright Shawl requires a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit will be credited towards your Banquet Event Order once you have reached the food and non-alcoholic beverage minimum required for the space. The Bright Shawl reserves the right to assign alternate function space, should a specified room be unavailable or inappropriate in the Bright Shawl’s sole opinion.


The Bright Shawl A final menu selection and 50% of the total cost is required 60 days prior to the scheduled event. The final guarantee on the number of guests attending and the remaining balance is due 15 business days prior to the event. If we have not received a final guarantee 15 business days prior to your event, you will be charged at the contracted number listed on your Banquets Event Order, or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Any additional expenses incurred the day of the event must be paid in full before departure from the Bright Shawl or be subject to late charges. All prices are subject to change.



For Your Personal Tour:
Please call for an appointment for a special viewing of our facility with one of our Sales Representatives. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Special arrangements can be made for after-hour or Saturday
appointments.


CLUB:
  • Seats up to 400 people* (business-style seating)
  • Maximum 4 hour reception
  • Additional hour $200
  • $3,000 minimum in food purchases
  • Two-hour grace period for set up of florist, musicians, etc.
  • $200 per hour fee for time that does not fall within the  two hour grace period

    1,500 Deposit, payable in 2 installments (1/2 upon signing; balance within 60 days)
IVY ROOM:
  • Seats up to 320 people* (business-style seating)
  • Maximum 4 hour reception
  • Additional Hour $200
  • $2,000 minimum in food purchases
  • Two hour grace period for set up of florist, musicians, etc.
  • $150 per hour fee for time that does not fall within the  two hour grace period

    1,000 Deposit, payable in 2 installments (1/2 upon signing; balance within 60 days)
WEST IVY:
  • Seats up to 200 people* (business-style seating)
  • Maximum 4 hour reception
  • Additional hour $150
  • $500 Deposit
  • $1000 minimum in food purchases
  • Two hour grace period for set up of florist, musicians, etc.
  • $150 per hour fee for time that does not fall within the  two hour grace period
EAST IVY:
  • Seats up to 60 people* (business-style seating)
  • Maximum 4 hour reception
  • Additional hour $75
  • $250 Deposit on date of contract
  • $500 minimum in food purchases
  • $50 per hour fee for time that does not fall within the  two hour grace period
GALLERY:
  • Seats up to 100 people* (business-style seating)
  • Maximum 4 hour reception
  • Additional hour $150
  • $500 deposit on date of contract
  • $1000 minimum in food purchases
  • Two hour grace period for set up of florists, musicians, etc.
  • $100 per hour fee for time that does not fall within the two hour grace period
BOARD ROOM:
  • Seats up to 50 people* (business-style seating)
  • Maximum 4 hour reception
  • Additional hour $75
  • $250 Deposit on date of contract
  • $500 minimum in food purchases
  • $50 per hour fee for time that does not fall within the two hour grace period
LIVING ROOM:
  • Seats up to 20 people* (business-style seating)
  • Maximum 4 hour reception
  • Additional hour $50
  • $150 Deposit on date of contract
  • $300 minimum in food purchases


    * Seating capacity reflects business-style meeting where all areas of room are used. Wedding receptions require space for gift table, cake table, buffets, dance floor, etc.
