The Cadillac Bar Restaurant banquet facilities adjoin the restaurant and feature natural limestone walls and 12-foot ceilings. This two-story complex has been expertly restored to its original grandeur.
We offer three banquet rooms and a spectacular entryway cantina. Our rooms include the El Dorado for large gatherings and the Seville and Cimarron for smaller groups. Outdoor occasions are perfectly accommodated in our classic brick courtyard area immediately behind the restaurant.
