Bar
A $30.00 per hour bartender fee will be charged (1 bartender per 75 people) for open and hosted bars (min. of 2 hours). Texas law imposes a duty on the caterer to act responsibly in the service of alcohol to its regular patrons as well as guests of any private parties. In order to comply with its legal obligation, and in the interest of protecting its patrons and the general public, the caterer, its agents and employees reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any patron or guest who, by his or her appearance or behavior, is believed to be incapable of tolerating further alcoholic consumption. Also, by law, no alcoholic beverage may be brought onto the property or taken from the premises.
Action Station
There is a $50.00 fee for any manned station and a $30.00 fee per hour for tray passing. A $30.00 charge is added if we cut the cake and box up the remainder of the cake at the end of the event.
Ice Sculptures and Fresh Floral Arrangements
The Main Street Ballroom now has custom made Ice Sculptures and Fresh Floral Arrangements.

Wedding Cakes
White Cake with Buttercream Frosting starting at $3.50 per slice (other cake flavors and fillings are also available for an additional fee).
Ceremony
A one hour ceremony which includes chairs, set up and clean up will be $400.00. A ceremony that is performed within the reception time allotment will be $300.00. The facility is not available for rehearsals unless it has been reserved for the rehearsal dinner.

Tours
Please call for an appointment for a special viewing of our facility with one of our Sales Representatives. Our office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Special arrangements can be made for after hour appointments and Saturdays.
Decorations
Standard centerpiece decorations and additional decorations are available for a nominal fee. All decorations are subject to approval by the facility.
Linen
White chair covers are available for a fee of $3.50 per chair. Ask your event coordinator for details.
Security
Evening events require one security guard per 100 guests with a five hour minimum. Security personnel will be provided at $30.00 per hour.
Coffee and Tea Service
A $1.50 per person charge for unlimited refills of coffee and tea (most menu items include tea and coffee).
- Service Charges: A 20% service charge is added to all services, rentals and food and beverage purchases.
