V.B.S.I. Beverage Set Ups

Required bar set ups for all bar options includes plastic cups, beverage napkins, Coke, Sprite, club soda, tonic water, lemons/limes, etc. These set ups are $2.00 per person.

A complimentary fruit punch and coffee service is offered with all of our menus. Iced Tea service can be added to your required bar set ups at $1.95 per person per item. These non-alcoholic items must be provided by the Inn and cannot be included in your bar deliveries. The Host is responsible for providing any special non-alcoholic beverages.

You must reserve the Inn's bartenders if you choose any bar options. Bartenders are billed at $75.00 per bartender, per 50 guests, per three hour event. Additional time is billed at $35.00 per hour per bartender. Additional serving attendants may be required for seated dinners with table service.

Security officers are billed at $100.00 per 50 guests (with bar) and per 75 guests without bar. Any additional hour is billed at the rate of $40.00 per hour. Off-duty police officers are employed for security.

General Bar information

No beverages will leave the property. Once brought onto the property, all beverages must be turned into the bar and become property of the Inn. No one will be permitted to go back and forth to their cars. If caught after being warned, they will be asked to leave.

The bar will switch to plastic one hour prior to events ending time to prevent excessive breakage. The bar will shut down 20 minutes before the event ends.

No guest will serve themselves alcoholic beverages, nor will any guest be given a container for their beverage, other than a glass or cup. All containers (plastic and glass bottles, cans, etc.) will be taken by a staff member and discarded.

All guests are subject to being carded. If a minor wishes to drink, a legal parent, or guardian must be present to serve them.

Off-duty San Antonio Police Officers will be hired as Security to help protect you and your guests.
