All Wedding Packages Include:
Your Ceremony
- One of our professional coordinators will be available to assist you
throughout the planning and be present during your rehearsal and wedding.
- A one hour wedding rehearsal with coordinator
- Your choice of location, inside the house or on the grounds, for your
ceremony
- Gazebo is nestled in a lush garden with 100-year-old oak trees and
decorated naturally with ivy
- One hour for ceremony
- Unity candle stand and candelabrum provided. Evening ceremonies have
aisle markers with candles available for use
- Ceremony seating for 100 guests outside and 40 inside (additional
seating available)
- Private use of the Mansion and grounds
- One and a half hours of private facility use to dress and take photos
before ceremony
- Personal dressing rooms for the Bride and Groom's wedding parties
- Refreshments in the wedding party dressing rooms
- One and a half hours of facility use to dress and take portraits before
the event date
Your Reception
- An experienced wedding/event coordinator will guide you through your
event and its planning
- You are given access throughout the downstairs portion of the Inn
and its grounds
- Fresh and artificial floral decorations and centerpieces to compliment
your event theme and colors
- Candles on every table provided for evening events
- Antique Silver or Crystal bowl provided for Getaway Birdseed, rose
petals, etc.
- Antique guest book table and cake tables
- Specialty tables will be skirted and dressed by house coordinator
accordingly
- Dining tables, chairs, and linens for 150 guests are provided throughout
the Inn and its grounds
- Linen napkins, glassware, china, and silverware service provided
- Toasting glasses and cake knives available upon request
- Formal Attire for event staff
- Cutting and tray passed service is provided for your cake at no charge
- Complimentary fruit punch and coffee service provided for guests
- Customizing of your menu

Wedding & Reception Information
Wedding & Reception Times:
Brunch/Luncheon menus are available for all events that start before
1:00 p.m.
For all events starting by 1:00 p.m. or later, Dinner menus are available
For Weddings & Receptions 8 hours are allowed:
1 hour for the Rehearsal
1 ½ hours prior to Wedding for dressing and photos
1 hour for the Wedding and 3 hours for the Reception
1 ½ hours prior to event date for dressing & portraits
All events must end by 1:00 a.m.
Package Pricing and Reservation Requirements:
Wedding Only $1000.00
Reception Only $2300.00
Wedding and Reception $2650.00
Prices are based on 150 guests. Additional costs for guest count exceeding
150. 35 guests minimum.
The Inn requires a minimum of $1,500.00 on reception food, plus tax,
service, fees, and gratuity.
Note: The cake, music, minister, photographer and personal flowers must
be provided by the bride and groom.
